Open Book Meeting

The Open Book Meeting for the City of International Falls is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 15th from 9-12 at the Koochiching County Assessor’s Office.
An appearance at the Open Book Meeting, which is an informal appeal, is required for an appointment with the Koochiching County Board of Appeal and Equalization (formal appeal).
The Koochiching County Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 11th at 1:30pm and Tuesday, June 18th at 6pm.
Koochiching County has mailed valuation notices to taxpayers in International Falls. Your attendance at these meetings in not required, but it is an opportunity for taxpayers to discuss their property assessments.
