DESCRIPTION:The Annual Point In Time (PIT) homeless count provides a snapshot of how many people are un-housed on a particular night in MN\, and we need your help to spread the word! \nResults from this count will help bring funds and services to our communities for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. These surveys also help them better understand the needs of our neighbors without stable housing so they can better educate our communities and provide services.The PIT Survey is for those who stay in one of the following places on the night of Wednesday\, January 28th Outdoors Couch hopping Car/vehicle Abandoned building/house without utilities An RV or camper without utilities Fish house\, storage\, or barn \nGo to one of the following locations in person to connect to resources and complete a survey: Koochiching County survey/resource locations – KOOTASCA\, 900 5th Street\, Suite 304 (Backus) and Servants of Shelter\, 1602 2nd Ave West\, both in International FallsYou can also contact them by email\, phone\, or text: email: crisishousing@kootasca.org Koochiching: Beth 218-244-3401 (call/text)
