DESCRIPTION:The Grand Rapids Evangelical Free Church will be hosting a week of Vacation Bible School June 2-6 from 9-12. Kids are encouraged to travel with them to ancient Egypt where they learn about one of God’s chosen ones\, Joseph\, and his journey from prison to the palace. VBS is open to kids preschool to 5th grade and is free. Parents\, you can find out all the details\, including how to register by going to the church’s website at grefc.org.

DESCRIPTION:The 38th season of the Summer Recital Series presented by the Bemidji Area Church Musicians\,\n(BACM) begins on Wednesday\, June 4\, 2025\, 12:00 noon\, at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. The\nrecital will feature The First City Handbell Choir under the direction of Carol L. Johnson and Vicki L.\nStenerson. A variety of selections will be presented by many bell ringers.\nA luncheon will follow the 30-minute concert with a price to be announced. St. Bartholomew’s\nEpiscopal Church is located at 1800 Irvine Ave. NW\nThe public is invited to attend this recital. A free-will offering will be received at the door for the\nScholarship programs of the Bemidji Area Church Musicians.\nThe public is cordially invited to all of the recitals in the season.
