Zion Lutheran Church is located at 2901 Hwy 169 in Grand Rapids. \nPark in the upper south parking lot and enter on the second level\, back door for easiest one-level access. \nDonations:  They accept gently used\, clean donations (rummage sale tags must be removed) and new underwear and socks. Children’s clothing\, blankets\, sheets and towels are always in demand. *Currently looking for men’s items* \nDonations may be brought to the church during business hours when the church is open. Come to the south main entrance\, turn left at the first hallway inside the door and place them on the bench midway down the hall under the Open Closet sign.

DESCRIPTION:The Arrowhead Library System is pleased to present Poetry and Printmaking with Poet and Artist Shelley Getten. These events are free and open to the public and will travel to participating ALS libraries April 13-May 1. \nJoin Shelley Getten for poetry and printmaking art as she shares the challenges and joys of growing up on a Minnesota farm. As Getten reads from her book\, Of Cows and Crows\, she will discuss how the creative writing process can bring insight and healing. Getten will demonstrate block art printmaking so attendees can watch and learn about making original relief art.
